The location was excellent. It was very close to the tram station, so transport was easy. The breakfast was also good with friendly chefs.
The room was small. There was not much space to move around. The curtains did not fully cover the window. This was uncomfortable.

the staff was attentive, always ready with a smile. our room had a plush double bed where dreams felt so real. every morning, i woke to a super clean space, really setting a tender tone for the day.
the street outside echoed late into the night making sleep a little difficult.

the location was very convenient (it's near many attractions). the staff helped me find affordable transportation to the airport. the team offered great service .
The shower cabin lacked a door. This resulted in the entire bathroom getting wet after each shower.

The hotel's location is convenient. It is very close to the tram station. This made getting around quite easy. The staff were pleasant and helpful when I asked for directions.
The room I was assigned was quite small. There was not much space to move around the bed. The bathroom also felt cramped. The window faced an internal area.

the location is really convenient. it is right next to the tram station. staff provided good details and guidance. yahya at reception was helpful.
the breakfast was the same every day, and there was little choice. the hygiene products were of low quality, there was no toothbrush and no bathrobes.
